Built in Australia for recurring home services — mowing, gardens, pools, cleaning, pest

Plan perfect routes. Back the crew. See the profit - every day.

intuós is one system for the whole job: plan the recurring runs, give crews a clear day on their phones, invoice the finished work — and know what each day actually made.

intuós was built for our own field service business after trying all of the available solutions and finding none of them really solved the problem. Once we saw how much it simplified our own operations, we felt it was too good not to share.

Invoices happen on Sunday night — if they happen.

You know which days are busy. Not which ones make money.

intuós exists because we ran into all three ourselves. Our story

How a week runs on intuós.

One system carries the job from booking to invoice — and the data goes with it, every step.

  1. Plan it

Set each customer's pattern once — weekly, fortnightly, first Tuesday of the month. intuós builds balanced runs for every crew and finds the best slot for new work with the least extra driving.

  2. Run it

Your crew opens the app to an ordered day: navigation to the right spot, gate codes, checklists, photos and sign-off. No reception? The day keeps working and syncs later.

  3. Get paid

Finished work rolls into draft invoices the same day, with drive time, on-site time and costs attached. Send them, track payments, and see profit after wages, fuel and overhead.

And it learns: real drive and on-site times flow back into planning, so next week's schedule is sharper than this week's.

Switch without losing a single job.

The real reason owners stay on spreadsheets isn't love — it's the fear of jobs falling through the cracks in a changeover. intuós compares your current run with the new plan job for job, and won't apply anything until every visit is accounted for.

  • Every job and customer accounted for
  • Every change visible before it happens
  • Nothing applies until you say go

Know what the day actually made.

Every completed run rolls its real costs — drive, wages, overhead — up against what you invoiced. Not a gut feel at the end of the month: a number for the day, the crew and the customer.

Details that tell you we've done the work.

intuós was built on real rounds, so it sweats the stuff that actually ruins a day.

Rural and dodgy addresses

Drop the pin where the crew actually parks. Booking, routing and navigation all use that exact spot — not a geocoder's guess.

Rain days

Push the day, and every missed visit queues for recovery — with a warning before anything gets cancelled or double-billed. Nothing quietly vanishes.

Dead spots

Check-ins, photos, timesheets and requests queue safely offline and sync when reception returns — no double-ups, no lost work.

Built on real rounds, not theory.

Before intuós was a product, it ran our own recurring services operation.

We'd tried just about every CRM, routing tool, GPS platform and invoicing system out there. Each did a couple of things well — and each had a weak point, or a bug we ended up inventing a workaround for. But the bigger problem was that none of them carried the data through the job. Every handoff started from zero. The invoice didn't know the crew lost an hour to a flat mower battery. The schedule didn't know the drive would take longer through school traffic.

So we built the routing engine first. And once the data was clean, organised and in one place to make the routing work, it made sense to run the whole customer workflow on top of it — from first contact to the invoice after the service. That's intuós.

The maths, if you want it.

You don't need this page to run intuós — but if you like to see how the scheduling engine thinks, we publish the model: capacity, travel, real service times and schedule stability.

Quick questions

The short answers, straight up — including who intuós isn't for.

Is intuós the right size for my business?

It's built for home-services businesses running recurring visits with two or more vehicles on the road. Got one vehicle? A basic routing app will honestly do you fine — intuós starts paying for itself when you're juggling crews. Running a 100-plus vehicle fleet? We're not your tool either.

I'm a plumber or builder — will it work for me?

As a CRM and scheduler, yes, happily. But the routing engine earns its keep on recurring runs — if your week is mostly unscheduled call-outs, you won't see its full benefit. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've moved.

How hard is switching?

It's the part we're most careful about. intuós compares your current schedule with the new one job for job, and won't apply a change until every customer and visit is accounted for.

Does it work with my accounting?

QuickBooks Online connects directly, with account mapping and a preview before anything syncs.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your operation — crews, vehicles and how much history you're bringing across. The pricing page explains how the fit check works, and you leave it with one firm number.

Create an account and look around, or start the fit check on the pricing page. When you're ready to switch, we help you move — with every job accounted for.
