Built in Australia for recurring home services — mowing, gardens, pools, cleaning, pest
intuós is one system for the whole job: plan the recurring runs, give crews a clear day on their phones, invoice the finished work — and know what each day actually made.
intuós was built for our own field service business after trying all of the available solutions and finding none of them really solved the problem. Once we saw how much it simplified our own operations, we felt it was too good not to share.
The whiteboard is right until the first rain day.
Invoices happen on Sunday night — if they happen.
You know which days are busy. Not which ones make money.
The real reason owners stay on spreadsheets isn't love — it's the fear of jobs falling through the cracks in a changeover. intuós compares your current run with the new plan job for job, and won't apply anything until every visit is accounted for.
One shared record underneath — customers, jobs, history and money — so nothing gets re-typed and nothing gets lost in a handoff.
The live map, the week's calendar, bookings, exceptions, invoices and profit — the whole operation on one screen.
Explore the Office AppToday's stops in order, directions to the right gate, checklists, photos and timesheets — made for a phone, with or without reception.
Explore the Crew AppEvery completed run rolls its real costs — drive, wages, overhead — up against what you invoiced. Not a gut feel at the end of the month: a number for the day, the crew and the customer.
intuós was built on real rounds, so it sweats the stuff that actually ruins a day.
Drop the pin where the crew actually parks. Booking, routing and navigation all use that exact spot — not a geocoder's guess.
Push the day, and every missed visit queues for recovery — with a warning before anything gets cancelled or double-billed. Nothing quietly vanishes.
Check-ins, photos, timesheets and requests queue safely offline and sync when reception returns — no double-ups, no lost work.
Before intuós was a product, it ran our own recurring services operation.
We'd tried just about every CRM, routing tool, GPS platform and invoicing system out there. Each did a couple of things well — and each had a weak point, or a bug we ended up inventing a workaround for. But the bigger problem was that none of them carried the data through the job. Every handoff started from zero. The invoice didn't know the crew lost an hour to a flat mower battery. The schedule didn't know the drive would take longer through school traffic.
So we built the routing engine first. And once the data was clean, organised and in one place to make the routing work, it made sense to run the whole customer workflow on top of it — from first contact to the invoice after the service. That's intuós.
The short answers, straight up — including who intuós isn't for.
It's built for home-services businesses running recurring visits with two or more vehicles on the road. Got one vehicle? A basic routing app will honestly do you fine — intuós starts paying for itself when you're juggling crews. Running a 100-plus vehicle fleet? We're not your tool either.
As a CRM and scheduler, yes, happily. But the routing engine earns its keep on recurring runs — if your week is mostly unscheduled call-outs, you won't see its full benefit. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've moved.
It's the part we're most careful about. intuós compares your current schedule with the new one job for job, and won't apply a change until every customer and visit is accounted for.
QuickBooks Online connects directly, with account mapping and a preview before anything syncs.
Pricing is scoped to your operation — crews, vehicles and how much history you're bringing across. The pricing page explains how the fit check works, and you leave it with one firm number.
Create an account and look around, or start the fit check on the pricing page. When you're ready to switch, we help you move — with every job accounted for.
